Here is mine and Matt's final CD digipak. It shows a front cover, a back cover and two inside pages, therefore 4 pages in total. Above is the template with our designs, and the additional booklet is shown too, also the CD holder is shown too. Overall I think this CD digipak is just what we were looking for and fulfills all the purposes of a digipak, after researching others and basing ideas on them.
